Dzogchen: Trekchö/Tögal Mainline
Seminar with Keith Dowman
Weekend Seminar Friday 4th – Sunday 6th of July 2014

Keith Dowman is one of the few Western experts of Tibetan Buddhism. By his powerful presence he is able to convey Dzogchen fundamentally.

Dzogchen, also called Dzogpa Chenpo is translated as "Great Perfection", and is by its essence a reference to the primordial state of being, the true, perfect nature of each individual since primordial time.

Dzogchen contemplation has at its core the experience of nonmeditation (breakthrough) and the visionary experience asociated with it (leapover). In our view Trekcho and Togal are aspects of the same Dzogchen meditation modality. This nonritual, experiential, introduction to its essence may nail down the flashes of realization into a constant stream of praxis during the Retreat.
