The next pics are all taken in Drak Yongdzo. These are one of the most important places connected with Guru Rinpoche. The caves are situated behind Dorje Drak gompa and it is possible to do chora.
Be aware: you must be in very good condition and have trekking material. You have to cross a high pass. Difficult to find and dangerous. Takes about 10 hours walking if you get a ride from Dorje Drak to the trail.
It is here that Guru RInpoche and Yeshe Tsogyal did a dark retreat. By the way, Yeshe Tsogyal her living place was very only some valleys further away.
Drak Yongdzo is a complex of different caves connted with each other with corridors. You have to be in a very good condition and not too fat if you want to go inside.
