“Emotions in practice”
The workshop will take place on a wonderfully situated estate in Badow Górny near Mszczonów in Warsaw area. One can get there by the Katowicka highway. It is a quiet and picturesque place: about a hundred acres of green land with some ponds and beautiful buildings. We will let you know in detail how to get there (a map will be included) as soon as you confirm your willingness to participate. There are buses that go there from the Warszawa Zachodnia station to Żyrardów and Żyrardów-Bobrowce. We will also try to put you in touch with people who intend to go there by car or do our best to help you to get there:)
Schedule
Oct. 17 (Friday):13.00 – registration & lunch,
14.00 – 19.00 – session
19.00 – dinner
Oct. 18 (Saturday): lectures and three meals. The detailed schedule will be announced on Friday evening.
Oct. 19 (Sunday): lectures, breakfast and lunch. End of workshop around 3.00 p.m.
The nature of the event makes it impossible for us to invite you to take part in just a part of it.
Payment
This is a non-profit event. All the money that you pay will be used to cover the cost of organizing the workshop. If there’s any surplus, it will be offered to the teacher as a gift (dana) in accordance with the tradition. The cost of the entire workshop per person (2 nights lodgings, 2 days meals, the teacher’s invitation expenses and the dana):
300 PLN (100 €) if you decide to sleep in the dormitory (bring your own sleeping bag).
400 PLN (135 €) if you sleep in a double room or in a cabin.
Because of the limited number of sleeping facilities it is important that you enrol early on.
