Liebe Khordong Freunde,
wieder nähert sich die Weihnachtszeit in schnellen Schritten und damit auch die Möglichkeit, etwas Gutes zu tun und wohltätig zu helfen.
Deswegen möchten wir euch mitteilen, dass das Butterlampen-Retreat im Khordong Kloster in Indien zum 33. Mal stattfinden wird. Dort werden vom 22.12.2023 bis zum 7. Januar 2024 111.111 Butterlampen angezündet, um ein Zeichen für den Weltfrieden zu senden. Ihr seid herzlich dazu eingeladen, dieses Anliegen zu unterstützen und euch finanziell daran zu beteiligen.
Ein weiteres Projekt ist der Solaranlagenausbau im Khordong Kloster im polnischen Darnkow. Inzwischen wurde dort eine Photovoltaik-Anlage auf über 15 KW ausgebaut, und es werden noch Sponsoren für die beiden letzten Raten gesucht.

Christmas is fast approaching and with it the opportunity to do something good and help charity
We would therefore like to inform you that the Butterlamp Retreat at Khordong Monastery in India will take place for the 33rd time. From 22 December 2023 to 7 January 2024, 111,111 butter lamps will be lit there to send a signal for world peace. You are cordially invited to support this cause and participate financially.
Another project is the expansion of the solar power system at the Khordong Monastery in Darnkow, Poland. In the meantime, a photovoltaic system there has been expanded to over 15 KW, and sponsors are still being sought for the last two instalments.
